Læs siden på dansk Under Subscription in the portal, you see everything you pay for, gathered in one place. You find the page in the account menu under Account. Cards and invoices are handled in Stripe. Prices, extra users, extra agreements and the free trial are described under Pricing & payment.

Active subscriptions

The Active subscriptions card has one row per subscription with Stripe:
  • Each connector you have bought individually is its own subscription with its own renewal date and its own invoice.
  • The Consile Studio membership appears as Consile Studio.
  • The free edition appears as Consile Free.
  • If a system you have bought individually sits on the same subscription as the membership, both names appear on the row.
Each row shows the name, what the subscription includes, a status, a date and the monthly amount.
  • The amount is what Stripe charges. If you pay an older price, the older price is shown.
  • If the portal cannot calculate the amount for a row, it says See the amount in Stripe. Then no total price is shown either. Instead it says We are missing the amount for at least one subscription, so a monthly total would not be the whole bill. See the amounts in Stripe.
  • Extra agreements do not appear on a line of their own. You add and remove them on the connector’s page in the Connections card.
  • Who has access is managed under Team.
At the bottom is the total price Per month excl. VAT. The Extra users and agreements card shows what an extra user costs on each connector, for example e-conomic: 149.50 kr per extra user per month., and the rule: Each extra user or agreement costs half the connector’s monthly price. If you have the membership, the membership’s rule appears here instead, or alongside it if you also have connectors bought individually. See The membership under Subscription.

Cancel a subscription

Click Cancel next to the subscription. The portal asks, for example Cancel e-conomic?, and shows when the subscription stops. Confirm with Cancel the subscription, or click Keep the subscription. The cancellation takes effect from the end of the period. The subscription works until the period ends and shows as Ending with the text Stops <date>. If you cancel during the free trial, nothing is charged. A cancellation cannot be undone here. The button on the row is then called Manage in Stripe.Cancelling a connector applies to the whole connector, including all agreements and users. If you only want to remove one agreement, you do that on the connector’s page in the Connections card. When the period ends, access is removed and the saved connection is deleted. All users’ access to the connector is removed too. If you buy the connector again later, the account must be connected again. The person who buys gets access automatically, and the others must be given access again under Team.

Buy more

You buy more connectors under Connectors. See Buy a connector. You buy the membership from Overview. See The Consile Studio membership.
The free edition cannot be cancelled. If you try to cancel Consile Free, the portal answers The free plan can’t be cancelled. Delete the account under Account if you want to stop entirely. See The free edition.
Only administrators can cancel and change payment. For a member, the Cancel and Manage in Stripe buttons are gray, and it says Only administrators can change the subscription - contact your administrator. Members therefore cannot download invoices in Stripe either. Buying connectors and adding or removing agreements on the connector’s page also requires an administrator. See Team.
Cancelling is not the same as disconnecting. Disconnect in the Connections card on the connector’s page (confirm with Disconnect) deletes the saved access for the whole organization, but keeps the subscription. Only an administrator can disconnect. Cancel stops payment at the end of the period. See Account & data.
If you delete the account, the subscriptions are not cancelled automatically. Cancel them here first, and then delete the account under Account & data.

Payment & invoices

The Manage in Stripe button at the top of the page opens the Stripe customer portal. Here an administrator downloads invoices and receipts as PDF, updates the payment card and corrects billing details. Card details are stored and managed by Stripe, not by Consile. If the organization does not have a billing account with Stripe yet, the portal says: You don’t have a billing account yet - buy a connector to get started.

If a payment fails

Stripe automatically tries to take the payment again. As long as the payment is outstanding, your AI cannot use the tools, but the connected account is kept.
  • At the top of the page it says, for example, The payment for e-conomic was declined with the text Your AI assistant cannot use the connector right now. Update the card and access comes back.
  • The row shows Payment failed and the text Access has stopped, the payment was declined.
  • Do not buy the connector again in the meantime, because that gives you an extra subscription.
Click Update card. When the payment goes through, everything works again by itself, without you having to connect again. If the subscription ends up being cancelled, access is removed and the saved connection is deleted. If the first payment for a new subscription simply has not completed yet, it says instead The payment for <name> has not completed and Access is waiting for the payment to complete. Nothing has been declined.

Usage

The Usage this month card shows Calls this month for the whole organization, across all connectors and users. Each time an AI calls a tool on one of your connectors, it counts as one call, even when the call fails in the system. The month follows UTC. Calls that Consile itself refuses before anything happens do not count toward usage. This applies, for example, when the organization has no subscription to the connector, the user does not have access, or the tool is not switched on for the user. That is why the figure here can be lower than Calls this month on Overview, which counts all calls. If you have the free edition, the card shows the calls that count toward the limit of 100 calls. Calls to systems you have bought individually are not included. On each connector’s own page, the Usage card shows how many calls have been made on that particular connector this month.

The Usage tab on a connector

If you want to see more than this month’s figures, open the connector and choose the Usage tab. Here you choose a period: The tab shows:
  • Calls in the period, and the change in percent compared with the comparison period. The comparison period is always written out with dates.
  • Failed calls: calls where the system answered with an error or refused access, for example because the user does not have a seat, or the account is not connected.
  • Calls per day as a chart. Days without calls are shown without a bar.
  • Most used tools in the period.
  • Per agreement, if you have several agreements on the same connector. Each agreement has its own address and its own calls.
  • Fair use, but only when you view this month. The figure applies to the whole organization and all connectors, not only the connector you are on. Calls that Consile refuses are not included here.
The dates follow UTC, like the rest of the usage.

Fair use

Usage within fair use is covered by the price of single connectors and of the membership. The fair use limit is 100,000 calls per organization per month. It is there to protect against unintended mass usage, for example an agent that calls the same tools in a loop. Calls above the limit can be refused for the rest of the month. Your AI is then told that the account has used its monthly fair use quota, that the quota resets at the start of next month, and that only Consile can raise it. If you expect very high usage, write to support@consile.dk. The free edition has its own limit of 100 calls a month. See The free edition.
You can also check status directly from your AI via Concierge: subscription_status lists your active MCPs, and manage_subscription gives a link to this page.
