Læs siden på dansk Under Team in the portal, an administrator controls who in the company can use Consile and what each person may do. Team is in the menu at the top of the portal. The menu under Team has the pages People, Access overview, Activity and Approvals. Three things fit together:
  • The organization owns the subscriptions and the connections to your systems.
  • The role decides who may change the team, subscriptions and billing.
  • MCP access decides which connectors each user can use from their AI. It is given per user and per connector, administrators included. If you have the Consile Studio membership or the free edition, you give one licence per person instead. See Membership licence.
The portal is shown in English until you choose Danish under the globe icon. This page uses the portal’s English labels. See Language and currency.

The tabs under Team

Roles

Each user is either Administrator or Member. An agreement is one connection to a system, for example an e-conomic agreement or a Shopify store. In a few places the portal also calls it a portal. The person who creates the organization automatically becomes an administrator. Colleagues you invite start as Member. An administrator changes the role in the menu next to the person on the list, and you can have several administrators. The organization must always have at least one administrator, and you cannot remove yourself. If you need to leave the organization, make a colleague an administrator and ask them to remove you. A member sees the team list with roles, but not who has access to which connectors. At the top of the page it says Only administrators can change the team - contact your administrator. The buttons for buying, cancellation and payment are gray for a member. See also Pricing & payment.

Invite a colleague

1

Send the invitation

Open Team and click Invite person. Type your colleague’s email in the Invite a colleague window and click Send invitation. Your colleague gets an email with a login link. Inviting is free.
2

Your colleague logs in via the link

Until your colleague has logged in via the link in the email, Invited appears in front of the email on the list. See Log in to the portal.
3

Give access to the connectors your colleague needs

A new member has no access to your connectors until you give it. You can give access while your colleague still shows as Invited. An extra user is billed from the moment you give access. See the next section.
If the email has not arrived, ask your colleague to check their spam filter, and send the invitation again to the same email. That sends a new email, and the link in the first email then stops working. The access you have already given carries over.
Do not buy a connector a second time to give a colleague access. If a colleague logs in to app.consile.ai without an invitation, they can end up in a new, empty organization that cannot see your connectors. Invite your colleague to your team and give access instead. An extra user costs half of a new subscription.

Has a colleague already created their own organization?

  1. Invite your colleague’s email under Team, and give access to the connectors they need.
  2. Your colleague logs out of the portal and logs in via the link in the invitation.
  3. Your colleague removes the connector in their AI and adds it again. At login it is linked to your organization.
If your colleague has bought a connector in their own organization, they can cancel it there under Subscription.

Give access to a connector

Each user needs access to a connector to use it from their AI. That includes administrators. Whoever buys a connector automatically gets access to it as the user included in the price.
1

Open the person's page

Click the person’s name on the list, or click Edit access. At the top it shows how many connectors the person has access to, for example 3 of 5 MCPs. The MCPs card has a line for each connector you subscribe to.
2

Choose access per connector

Each line has a selector with None, All tools and Custom. For e-conomic you choose between None, Read only (28), Full access (40) and Custom, and for Uniconta between None, Read only (21), Full access (25) and Custom. The numbers count the tools the organization has switched on (see Tools and new tools), so they can be lower for you. Click Tools on the line to see which tools the choice gives. See Access level for e-conomic, Access level for Uniconta and Custom access.
3

Confirm the price if it is an extra user

If the user is the first on the connector, they get access right away, and the portal says Access granted. No extra charge, it’s included in the base price. If it is an extra user, the portal first opens the Confirm an extra user window with the price per month and the text Billed pro rata from today. Click Confirm and grant access, or Cancel to leave it.
Access works within a few seconds, and the user does not need to add the connector in their AI again. Access to a connector covers all of the connector’s agreements. To remove a user’s access, choose None and confirm with Remove access. If other users are still on the connector, the portal shows what you save per month. If you remove the last user, you save nothing, because the monthly price always covers one user.

Price for extra users

  • The connector’s monthly price covers 1 user and 1 agreement.
  • Each extra user with access to a connector costs 50% of the connector’s monthly price. Example: e-conomic costs 299 DKK/month excl. VAT. If three users have access, you pay 299 + 2 × 149.50 = 598 DKK/month excl. VAT.
  • It is the number of users with access that counts, not who got access first.
  • An extra user is charged pro rata from the day you give access. If you remove the access again, the price is also adjusted pro rata.
  • Invitations and colleagues without access to any connector cost nothing.
  • The access level and a custom list do not affect the price.
Under Subscription, the number of users appears under the connector, for example 3 users (2 extra at 149.50 kr). The prices for all connectors are under Pricing & payment. With the membership you pay per licence instead. See Membership licence.

Membership licence

With the Consile Studio membership, you give one licence per person instead of access per system. The licence covers all of the membership’s systems. The same applies to the free edition, which has one licence.
1

Open the person's page

Click the person’s name under Team. The Membership licence card sits above the list of systems and says whether the person has the licence.
2

Give the licence

Click Give the licence. If it costs one more user, the Confirm an extra user window opens with the amount, for example +174.50 kr/mo., and the text Billed pro rata from today. Click Confirm and grant access.
  • The first user is included in the membership’s base price. Each extra user costs half price, 174.50 DKK/month excl. VAT. See Price.
  • A system the licence covers shows Covered by the membership until you choose an access level for it, and the selector has no None. The access level can still be set per system, for example Read only or Custom. It costs nothing extra.
  • If you try to give a person without the licence access to a system you only have through the membership, the portal answers: That system is already covered by the organisation’s Studio membership. Give this person the membership licence, or change their access level, instead of granting or removing access to the single system.
  • A profile cannot be given to a person with the licence.

Remove the licence

Click Remove the licence and confirm. If the person also has their own access to a system you have bought separately, that access is kept and charged on its own. The subscription can then go up. The portal shows this in an extra window, This makes the subscription more expensive, with the amount per month. Click Remove the licence and raise the subscription to continue.

The free edition has one user

If you try to give the licence to one more person in the free edition, the portal answers: The plan includes one user, and the licence is assigned. Remove it from a colleague first if somebody else needs it.

When the membership is paused

If a payment for the membership does not go through, People shows a band that begins with The <name> membership is paused because the payment did not go through. The licences are kept and are still on the bill, but they give no access until the payment is sorted out. Meanwhile you cannot give the licence to more people, but you can remove it. See Cancellation and failed payment.

Access level for e-conomic

For e-conomic, an administrator chooses per user how much the user’s AI may do. Besides e-conomic, Uniconta has access levels (see Access level for Uniconta).
  • Both levels cost the same.
  • The default is Full access. Whoever buys e-conomic therefore starts with full access. In the portal, Full access is marked with a small dot. If you hover over it, it says Full access: the AI can create and change data in e-conomic.
  • You change the level by choosing the other level. It needs no price confirmation.
  • If you choose a level for a user who does not have access to e-conomic yet, the user gets access at the same time. If it is an extra user, you confirm the purchase first.
  • The level applies to all of the user’s e-conomic agreements.
  • On Read only, Consile blocks all write operations on the server for that user. The write tools do not show in the user’s AI, and a call to them is refused without anything being changed. The connection to e-conomic still belongs to the company, so colleagues with Full access can still create and change data.
  • The change takes effect within a few seconds. A conversation that is already open can still show the old tools, but a write call is refused. Start a new conversation to get the updated list.
  • In Microsoft 365 Copilot (pilot), a user on Read only still sees the write actions, but they are refused.

Access level for Uniconta

For Uniconta the levels work the same way as for e-conomic.
  • Both levels cost the same, and the default is Full access.
  • If you bought Uniconta before October 7, 2026, the six daily journal tools are switched off for the organization until an administrator activates them on the connector’s page. Until then, Full access gives the 19 tools you already had. See Tools and new tools.
  • The level applies to all of the user’s Uniconta agreements.
  • On Read only, Consile blocks all write operations on the server for that user, and the write tools do not show in the user’s AI.
  • Uniconta also decides for itself: if the server user only has read access in Uniconta, Uniconta refuses all writes, whatever the level in Consile. See Connect Uniconta.

Custom access

With Custom you choose exactly which tools a user gets in a connector. It exists on all connectors, including those without access levels, and costs the same as the other levels.
1

Choose Custom

Click Custom in the selector next to the connector on the person’s page. The list of the connector’s tools opens alongside. Nothing is saved until you click save.
2

Choose the tools

The tools are grouped by area, for example Customers, Invoices and credit notes, or Daily journal. Each group shows how many are selected, for example 4 of 6. You can search, select a whole group at once, and use the shortcuts Read only, All and Clear. Each tool is marked read or write.
3

Save

Below the list it says, for example, 12 of 40 selected. Click Save 12 tools. If the user does not have access to the connector yet, they get access at the same time. If it is an extra user, you confirm the purchase first.
  • The selector then shows, for example, Custom (12). If the user is on Custom, you edit the list directly and save again.
  • You must choose at least one tool. To remove access completely, choose None.
  • Tools the organization has switched off or not activated yet show in the list, but cannot be selected. The reason appears next to them, for example New, not activated yet. See Tools and new tools.
  • New tools are only added to a custom list when you add them yourself.
  • The list applies to all of the user’s agreements for the connector. The change takes effect within a few seconds. Start a new conversation to see the updated list.

How a colleague gets started

1

Log in via the invitation

Your colleague clicks the link in the invitation email and lands in your organization.
2

Add the connector in their own AI

Your colleague copies the connector’s address on the connector’s page in the portal, for example https://mcp.consile.ai/economic/mcp, and adds it in their own Claude or ChatGPT. When the AI asks for a login, your colleague logs in with their own Consile login. If someone else is logged in to the portal in the same browser, your colleague must log out of the portal first. See Connect Claude and Connect ChatGPT.
3

Use the shared connection

The connection to, for example, e-conomic or Google is shared by the organization. Your colleague does not need to connect the system again.
The connection to a system is made with the account that approved it. All users with access to the connector therefore reach the same data, for example the Search Console properties the approving Google account has access to. For Search Console, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Dinero and Business Central, an administrator can lock the connection to one company. See Company lock. Anyone in the organization can connect an agreement that is not connected yet. Only an administrator can reconnect it or disconnect it, and a disconnection applies to all users.

What does a user without access see?

If the organization has bought a connector but the user has not been given access to it, the connector can still show in the user’s Claude or ChatGPT with its tools. Each call is refused with a message saying that the company subscribes to the connector, but the user does not have a seat on it, and that an administrator can give access under Team. The message is in English and begins, for example, like this: “Your company subscribes to economic through Consile, but your user does not hold a seat on it yet.” Nothing happens in the system.
  • Do not buy the connector again. Ask an administrator for access.
  • Once access is given, it works within a few seconds without a new installation.
  • In the portal, the connector can still show as Connected, because the status applies to the whole organization.
  • As a member, you cannot see in the portal which connectors you have access to. Ask an administrator.
  • Concierge works for everyone in the organization and shows all of the organization’s MCPs, including the ones you do not have access to yourself.

AI bots under Team

If the organization has at least one AI bot, the People and bots tab shows the AI bots card below the people. The card shows each bot with its own connector, the customer it belongs to, the number of tools, the status and the responsible administrator. The portal says: Bots take no seat and do not log in. Each bot has its own connector in Studio and can do only what is in it. Everyone in the organization can see the card. Administrators have the Go to the bot button. See AI bots.

Remove a member

Click Remove next to the member, and confirm Remove … from the organisation? Access is revoked immediately. The button is not on your own row.
  • The person can no longer log in to your organization.
  • All of the person’s access and licences are removed, including the membership licence. Extra users drop off the subscription and are settled pro rata.
  • The person’s AI can no longer use your connectors. This takes effect within a few seconds.
  • The connections to your systems belong to the organization and continue unchanged. If the person connected a system with their own account at the provider, for example their Google account, the connection still uses that account. An administrator can disconnect and connect again with another account if it should not be that way.
Something also happens in Studio. The window mentions it before you click:
  • This person’s own connectors in Studio are deactivated. They keep their URL, and a colleague who has room can activate them. Whoever activates one becomes its owner. See Own connectors.
  • This person’s AI bots are deactivated and paused too. Another administrator can activate a bot again. It stays paused until an administrator clicks Resume on the bot’s page. See AI bots.
  • Own connectors that colleagues have shared with the person are no longer shared with them.

When a subscription ends

When a subscription has fully ended, all users’ access to the connector is removed, including their access level. If you buy the connector again, the person who buys it automatically gets access. The other users must be given access again under Team. While a payment is outstanding, the connector does not work for anyone. Users’ access and access levels are kept, though, and work again when the payment goes through. See Pricing & payment.
