Læs siden på dansk Before your AI can fetch data through a connector, Consile needs access to your account in the system the connector works with, for example Google Search Console or e-conomic. You do that by connecting the account in the portal. How it works depends on the connector. There are three methods, and CVR does not need to be connected at all.
You can connect the account as soon as the connector is bought or is included in your plan (the free edition or the Consile Studio membership). It does not matter whether you have already added it in your AI. Click Connect now at the top of the connector’s page in the portal, or Connect next to the agreement on the Connections card. The portal calls each connection to a system an agreement; each agreement is one connected account. As long as the account is not connected, Connect now is also shown on Overview. In the window you click Authorise access if you need to log in with the provider, or you fill in the form and click Connect. If you have not accepted Consile’s terms yet, the portal asks you to do that first.

The three methods

Login with the provider

You are sent to the provider’s own login page, approve the access and are sent back to the portal. Examples: Google Search Console, Dinero and Meta Ads.

Key or login in a form

You enter the details directly in the portal, without a redirect. The portal shows a short guide to the fields. Examples: Billy (access token), Ordrestyring (API key) and Uniconta (server user, password and Company ID).

App approval

You are sent to e-conomic and approve the Consile app as Superuser on the agreement you want to connect. Used by e-conomic.
Shopify is also connected with login at the provider, but the portal first asks for the store domain (<store>.myshopify.com).

Which method does my connector use?

Connect from your AI

If you have already added the connector in your AI, you can also ask it to connect the account, for example “connect our e-conomic account”. Your AI gives you a personal link that opens the provider’s login or the portal’s form. The link works for 10 minutes and only for connectors your organization has bought or has included in its plan. If your AI calls a tool on a connector that is not connected yet, it gets such a link automatically. If you ask in an extra agreement’s connector (for example gsc-2), the link connects that particular agreement. If the agreement is already connected, the new connection replaces the old one. Only an administrator can do that. Shopify cannot be connected that way, because the store domain has to be filled in in the portal.

Lock a connection to one company

In Google Search Console, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Dinero and Business Central, one connection can reach several companies, for example several websites, ad accounts or organizations. Without a lock, your AI chooses the company in each call. An administrator can lock each agreement to one company, so every call keeps to it. Right after you have connected one of the five systems, the portal offers this with the Choose company button. The lock is optional. If an administrator connects a locked agreement again, the company must be chosen again before your AI can use the agreement. See Lock a connection to one company.

What applies to every method

Your AI never sees the access

Consile stores the access encrypted with a key per customer account and never logs it. The login your AI uses at Consile is never passed on to your system.

Shared by the organization

The connection applies to the whole organization. Every user with access to the connector uses the same connection and can reach the data the connected account can see. Anyone on the team can connect an agreement that is not connected yet. Only an administrator can connect it again or disconnect it. Each user needs access to the connector under Team.

One connector, one address

Each connector you buy has its own address in your AI and is connected separately. If you have several agreements, each agreement has its own address and its own Connect button on the Connections card.

Disconnect at any time

An administrator chooses Disconnect in the menu next to the agreement on the Connections card and confirms with Disconnect. The stored access to the agreement is deleted immediately for the whole organization. The subscription continues, and the access at the provider is not revoked automatically.

Read and write access

The data connectors (Google Search Console, CVR, Dinero, Billy, Ordrestyring and Business Central) can only read. Your AI can read your figures, but never change, create or delete anything. The write connectors (e-conomic, Uniconta, Shopify, HubSpot CMS, HubSpot Marketing Email, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads) can also create and change data, but only behind safety locks. New content is created as a draft or paused by default, and actions that, for example, spend money, publish or book require your explicit confirmation. For e-conomic and Uniconta, an administrator can give an individual user the access level Read only under Team. Consile then blocks all write operations on the server for that user. See Actions & guardrails.
Right after a purchase it can take a few seconds before the connector can be connected, because the portal is waiting for confirmation from Stripe. See After purchase & connection.
