Only administrators can see and edit profiles. A member sees Administrators
only instead.
What a profile costs
- Creating, editing, renaming and deleting a profile is free.
- The price depends only on how many users have access to a connector, exactly as when you give access by hand. See Price for extra users.
- The first user on a connector is included in the price. If one colleague already has access to e-conomic, and you give a profile with e-conomic to two more colleagues, that is two extra users at 149.50 DKK/month excl. VAT each.
- When a profile would give someone an extra user, the portal shows the amount before anything happens. Nothing is charged until you have confirmed.
Create a profile
1
Open the Profiles tab
Open Team and choose the Profiles tab next to People and
Access overview.
2
Create the profile
Click New profile, type a name, for example Bookkeeper, and click
Save. Two profiles cannot have the same name.
3
Choose access per connector
The profile shows a line for each connector you subscribe to. For e-conomic
and Uniconta you choose between None, Read only and Full access.
For the other connectors you choose between None and Access. See
Access level for e-conomic and
Access level for Uniconta.
4
Save the profile
Click Save profile. The portal says Profile saved.
Give a profile to a colleague
1
Open the person's page
Go to the People tab under Team and click the person’s name. The
Profile card sits above the list of connectors. The card only shows when
you have created at least one profile.
2
Choose the profile
Choose the profile under Pick a profile and click Apply the profile.
3
Confirm the price if extra users are added
If the profile gives access to connectors where the person becomes an extra
user, the portal opens the Confirm an extra user window. It shows how
many connectors the person gets access to and how much more it costs per
month. If the profile also removes access to a connector the profile does
not name, the window says so too. Click Apply the profile to confirm, or
Cancel.
Follows or differs
The person’s page shows whether the person still has exactly the access the profile gives:- Follows the Bookkeeper profile: the access is the same as in the profile.
- Differs from the Bookkeeper profile: someone has changed the person’s access by hand afterwards, for example given extra access to one connector.
Colleagues with the membership licence
If you have the Consile Studio membership or the free edition, a colleague with the licence has access through the licence and not per system. A profile therefore cannot describe that colleague’s access.- On the colleague’s page, the Profile card says: This person holds the Studio membership licence instead of per-system access, so a profile cannot describe their access. Set the access level per system instead. The Apply the profile button cannot be used.
- If the colleague follows a profile you edit, the colleague is not touched. The This changes access for people window mentions them, for example <name> holds the Studio membership licence, which covers the systems the membership includes, so the profile does not apply to them.
Edit a profile that colleagues follow
If you edit a profile that one or more colleagues follow, their access changes too. That is why the portal first shows the This changes access for people window, before anything is saved:- The window names the colleagues whose access will be changed.
- If the change costs something, the amount per month appears, for example That adds 149.50 kr per month. Otherwise it says That costs nothing extra. Switching between Read only and Full access costs nothing.
- If a colleague has had their access changed by hand, so they differ from the profile, they are not touched. The window mentions them too.
- A colleague with the membership licence is not touched either. See Colleagues with the membership licence.
