Fair use is described under [Usage](https://docs.consile.ai/en/portal/subscription.md#usage). ## The free edition A new organization gets the free edition automatically once the first user has accepted Consile's terms in the portal. Organizations that have already bought from Consile do not get it. The 100 calls count only calls to systems you have not bought individually. See [The Consile Studio membership](https://docs.consile.ai/en/portal/membership.md) for users, companies, own connectors and more examples. ## Single connectors Each connector is a monthly subscription per company. You can cancel at any time, and the cancellation takes effect from the end of the period. ### How the price is built * The monthly price covers 1 user and 1 agreement. An agreement is one connected account in the system, for example one set of accounts, one Google Search Console account or one HubSpot portal. * Each extra user costs 50% of the connector's monthly price. * Each extra agreement costs 50% of the connector's monthly price. * For e-conomic and Uniconta, an administrator chooses per user between the access levels **Read only** and **Full access**. Both levels cost the same. Example: e-conomic with two sets of accounts (agreements) and three users costs 299 DKK + 149.50 DKK for the extra agreement + 2 × 149.50 DKK for the two extra users, a total of 747.50 DKK a month excl. See [Market and currency](#market-and-currency). * CVR and HubSpot Marketing Email can have only one agreement per subscription. * Shopify cannot get an extra store through the portal today. Write to [support@consile.dk](mailto:support@consile.dk) for an extra store. * Business Central is in early access. See [Business Central](https://docs.consile.ai/en/connectors/business-central.md) for what it can do today. ## Extra users Each person who will use a connector from their AI needs access to it. This also applies to administrators. * The person who buys the connector automatically gets access as the user included in the price. * An administrator gives colleagues access under [Team](https://docs.consile.ai/en/portal/team.md). If that adds a paid extra user, the portal shows the price and asks you to confirm (**Confirm an extra user**) before anything is invoiced. * An extra user is billed pro rata from the day the user gets access. If you remove the access again, the price is also adjusted pro rata. * What counts is the number of users with access to the connector. The first is always included. * A user with access to a connector can use all of the connector's agreements. You do not pay per user per agreement. * Inviting colleagues to the team is free. Only access to a connector can cost money. In the membership, an administrator gives the membership licence instead, and each extra user costs 174.50 DKK or €22.50. The free edition has only one user. Ask an administrator to invite you to the company's team and give you > access. An extra user costs half of a new subscription. If you sign up without an > invitation, you can end up in a new, empty organization that cannot see the > company's connectors. ## Extra agreements With an extra agreement, you can connect another account in the same system under the same subscription, for example an extra set of accounts or an extra HubSpot portal. **1. Open the connector's page** Go to the connector in the portal and find the **Connections** card. Each agreement is on its own row. **2. Add the agreement** An administrator clicks **Add agreement**. The button shows the price, for example **Add agreement (149.50 kr/mo.)**. There is no extra confirmation, and the agreement is billed pro rata from the same day. **3. Connect and add it in your AI** Click **Connect** next to the new agreement. Each extra agreement has its own MCP address, for example `https://mcp.consile.ai/economic-2/mcp`, which you add in your AI as a separate connector. If you have an agreement that is not connected yet, the card shows **Connect the free agreement** instead of selling a new one. An administrator removes an extra agreement with the menu next to the agreement: choose **Remove the agreement** and confirm with **Remove agreement**. If only one agreement is left, it cannot be removed that way. It goes away only when the subscription is cancelled under [Subscription](https://docs.consile.ai/en/portal/subscription.md). If you remove an agreement other than the last one in the list, the last agreement moves up into the free slot and takes over its MCP address. The address in your AI for the moved agreement therefore stops working. Copy the new address from the **Connections** card and update it in your AI. If the page does not have the latest figures, for example because another administrator has changed the agreements in the meantime, nothing is bought or removed. The portal says *This portal changed since the page loaded. Reload and try again.* > [!NOTE] > > Under the membership, one more company costs full price, and Consile sets it up > for you. See [One more agreement in a system](https://docs.consile.ai/en/portal/membership.md#one-more-agreement-in-a-system). ## Free trial | Way | Free trial | | - | - | | The free edition | None. The edition is free. | | Single connectors | 7 days with each purchase. | | The Consile Studio membership | 7 days when bought in Stripe Checkout. 7 days when switching from the free edition, if the organization has not paid for anything before. None when a subscription you already pay for is repriced to the membership. | For a purchase with a free trial: * With a purchase in Stripe Checkout, you register a payment card. If you already have a card saved with Stripe, it is used. * You have full access during the free trial. * The first payment is taken when the free trial ends. Under [Subscription](https://docs.consile.ai/en/portal/subscription.md), it says *Free until \* in the meantime. * If you cancel within the free trial, nothing is charged. ## Market and currency You choose the market under **Market** in the language and currency menu. See [Language and currency](https://docs.consile.ai/en/portal/log-in.md#language-and-currency). * **DK · DKK** (default): prices and payment in Danish kroner. * **EU · EUR**: prices and payment in euros. CVR, Billy, Ordrestyring and Business Central have a price only in DKK and are paid in DKK, even if you have chosen **EU · EUR**. Extra users and extra agreements are billed in the same currency as the connector's subscription. The membership is billed in the currency your account already uses with Stripe. If the account has no currency yet, the market you have chosen is used. A purchase of a connector on an account with the free edition is billed in the same currency as the free edition. If you choose a different currency, the portal refuses the purchase with *This account is billed in a different currency. Contact support and we'll move it.* All prices are excl. VAT. If you have a discount code, you can enter it in Stripe Checkout. ## Who can buy and change the subscription Only administrators in the team can: * buy connectors and the Consile Studio membership * add and remove agreements * disconnect a connection and renew a connection with **Reconnect** * [lock a connection to one company](https://docs.consile.ai/en/portal/company-lock.md) * give and remove users' access and licences under Team * create customers and buy extra own connectors in Studio * open the Stripe customer portal (invoices and payment cards) * cancel subscriptions * delete the account Members can use the connectors they have been given access to, and see subscriptions and usage. Members can also connect a system that is not connected yet. The connection is shared by the whole company. See [Team](https://docs.consile.ai/en/portal/team.md). ## Invoices Each connector you buy individually is its own subscription with Stripe, with its own renewal date and its own invoice. The membership and the free edition also appear as subscriptions with Stripe. An administrator downloads invoices and receipts in the Stripe customer portal with **Manage in Stripe** under [Subscription](https://docs.consile.ai/en/portal/subscription.md). ## Cancellation You cancel under [Subscription](https://docs.consile.ai/en/portal/subscription.md) with **Cancel**. The portal asks first, for example *Cancel e-conomic?*, and you confirm with **Cancel the subscription**. * The cancellation takes effect from the end of the period. The subscription works until the period ends. * Cancelling a connector applies to the whole connector, including all its agreements and users. * When the period ends, access is removed and the saved connection to the system is deleted. If you buy the connector again later, the account must be connected again. * If you cancel the membership, you lose access to the systems in the membership when the period ends. If you want to stop entirely, delete the account under [Account & data](https://docs.consile.ai/en/portal/account-and-data.md). ## If a payment fails Stripe automatically tries to take the payment again. * As long as the payment is outstanding, the tools do not work. Under [Subscription](https://docs.consile.ai/en/portal/subscription.md), the subscription shows **Payment failed**, and at the top it says, for example, *The payment for e-conomic was declined*. The saved connection is kept. Do not buy the connector again in the meantime, because that gives you an extra subscription. * If it is the membership, it is paused. The licences are kept, but give no access until the payment is in place. * When the payment goes through, everything works again by itself. You do not need to connect the account again. * If the subscription ends, access is removed and the saved connection is deleted. If you buy the connector again, the account must be connected again. An administrator updates the payment card with **Update card** or **Manage in Stripe** under [Subscription](https://docs.consile.ai/en/portal/subscription.md).
