# Account & data

> Find the organization, your profile, the terms and the Concierge address, disconnect a connection, and manage your data (data export and deletion) in the portal.

*[Læs siden på dansk](https://docs.consile.ai/portal/konto-og-data.md)*

Under **Settings** in the [portal](https://app.consile.ai/account) you find the
organization, your profile, terms and agreements, the Concierge address and your
data. Click your organization's name at the top right, and choose **Settings**
under **Account**.

## Organization and your profile

The **Organisation** card shows the organization's name, and the **Your profile**
card shows your name and your email. Both come from your login and cannot be
changed here. An administrator changes billing details in the Stripe customer
portal under [Subscription](https://docs.consile.ai/en/portal/subscription.md). If the name needs to change,
write to [support@consile.dk](mailto:support@consile.dk).

## Your MCP addresses

The **Consile Concierge** card shows the Concierge address,
`https://mcp.consile.ai/mcp`. Here you see, request and manage your MCPs. It has
none of the connectors' own tools. See [Concierge](https://docs.consile.ai/en/concierge.md). Under **For
Claude Code:** you find the command, if you use Claude Code:

```bash theme={null}
claude mcp add --transport http consile https://mcp.consile.ai/mcp
```

Each connector has its own address, for example `mcp.consile.ai/gsc/mcp` or
`mcp.consile.ai/economic/mcp`. You find it on the connector's page in the portal
under **Add it to your AI assistant**. If you choose **Claude**, the command for
Claude Code is there too. An extra agreement has its own address, for example
`mcp.consile.ai/economic-2/mcp`. You copy it in the **Connections** card on the
connector's page.

Everyone in the organization sees the same addresses. To use an MCP's tools,
though, an administrator must have given you access to it under
[Team](https://docs.consile.ai/en/portal/team.md).

> [!NOTE]
>
> Each MCP is its own named connector in your AI. Adding one does not
> automatically connect the others. See [Connect Claude](https://docs.consile.ai/en/connect/connect-claude.md)
> and [Connect ChatGPT](https://docs.consile.ai/en/connect/connect-chatgpt.md).

## Team

**Team** is in the menu at the top of the portal. Here an administrator invites
colleagues, decides who is an administrator, and gives each user access to your
MCPs. Invitations are free. See [Team, users and access](https://docs.consile.ai/en/portal/team.md) and
[Pricing & payment](https://docs.consile.ai/en/portal/pricing.md).

## Disconnect a connection

You disconnect a connection on the system's page in the portal. In the
**Connections** card, an administrator clicks the three dots next to the
agreement. An agreement is one connection to a system. If the menu shows several
options, choose **Disconnect**. Confirm with **Disconnect**.

* The stored access to the agreement is deleted, and the connector's tools do not
work on the agreement until someone connects it again.
* If the connection is locked to one company, the lock disappears too. After a new
connection, the company must be chosen again. See
  [Company lock](https://docs.consile.ai/en/portal/company-lock.md).
* The subscription continues until an administrator cancels it under
  [Subscription](https://docs.consile.ai/en/portal/subscription.md).

The connection applies to the whole organization, so a disconnection affects all
users. Only administrators can disconnect a connection, remove an agreement,
cancel subscriptions and delete the account. A member sees *Only a team
administrator can disconnect or remove an agreement.* instead. Anyone in the
organization can connect a system.

If the connector has several agreements, you disconnect each agreement separately.
An administrator removes an extra agreement with **Remove the agreement** in the
same menu and confirms with **Remove agreement**. If the system is covered by the
[Consile Studio membership](https://docs.consile.ai/en/portal/membership.md), write to us, and we remove the
agreement and lower the amount. CVR has no connected account, so a disconnection
changes nothing for CVR. To stop CVR, cancel the subscription.

A disconnection deletes the access Consile has stored. If you also want to remove
Consile's access at the provider, do it in the system's own settings. See
[Remove all Consile access](https://docs.consile.ai/en/troubleshooting.md#remove-all-consile-access).

## Terms and agreements

The **Terms and agreements** card gathers the legal basis. Each document opens as a
web page with **Read**:

* [Terms of Service for Consile MCP](https://consile.ai/tos)
* [Privacy policy](https://consile.dk/privatlivspolitik)
* [Data processing agreement (DPA)](https://consile.ai/databehandleraftale)

Below the terms of service it shows whether you have accepted the current version,
for example *Current version \<version>, accepted by you on \<date>*.

Before you buy or connect a connector for the first time, you must accept the terms
in the **Accept the terms** step. The acceptance is per user, so a colleague who
buys or connects later is asked to accept for themselves. You are asked again when
we publish a new version of the terms. We store the time, version, IP address and
browser as documentation of the acceptance.

## Your data (GDPR)

> **Download data export**
>
> Click **Download data export** in the **Your data** card to download the file
> `consile-data-export.json`. See below for what it contains.

> **Delete account**
>
> Administrators only. Click **Delete account**, type **SLET** in the field, and
> click **Delete account** again. Access is suspended immediately, and the data
> is permanently deleted after a 14-day grace period.

### What the data export contains

* The account's creation date and a reference to your customer profile at the
  payment provider.
* Your subscriptions and connection status per connector.
* The AI clients you have approved, and your acceptances of the terms.
* **Company locks:** which company each locked connection is locked to, with the
name, the ID at the provider and the time. See
  [Company lock](https://docs.consile.ai/en/portal/company-lock.md).
* **The activity log:** who used which tool, in which system, when, with which
outcome and how long the call took. Never the content of the calls. See
  [Activity log](https://docs.consile.ai/en/portal/activity.md).
* **Approvals:** which tools require approval, and who set the rule. And the calls
that have waited for approval: who asked for them, the status, who answered and
when, and the administrator's message. See [Approvals](https://docs.consile.ai/en/portal/approvals.md).
* **Studio:** your customers, which agreements belong to which customer, your own
connectors with tools, instructions, shares and whether they are active, and
your AI bots with status, limits, the last four characters of the key, and the
bot's calls from the last 30 days with the IP address each call came from. See
  [Studio](https://docs.consile.ai/en/studio/introduction.md).

The file covers the whole organization. Colleagues appear in the file with an ID,
not with their name or email.

The file never contains access credentials, AI bots' keys or raw data from your
systems. It also does not contain the team overview, usage statistics or support
requests. Write to [support@consile.dk](mailto:support@consile.dk) if you also
want access to those.

### When the account is deleted

The deletion applies to the whole organization, so all users lose access. For a
member the button is gray, and it says *Only an administrator can delete the
account. Contact your administrator.*

When you request deletion, Consile immediately deletes all encrypted access
credentials and removes your access to all connectors. The portal shows *The
account is scheduled for deletion* with the date of the final deletion, and you are
logged out automatically shortly after. While the deletion is in progress, nobody
can buy or connect connectors. The portal shows *The account is being deleted -
this action isn't possible right now.* instead.

After the grace period, the rest of the account is deleted, including all users,
consents, usage statistics, the activity log, approvals, company locks, everything
in Studio and support requests. Some information is kept:

* Invoices and payment history are kept at Stripe, as the law requires.
* A log of actions on the account (IDs, action and time, without names, emails,
tokens or data from your systems) is kept for up to 400 days, also after the
  deletion.
* Your contact details in Consile's customer system (CRM) are not deleted
automatically. Write to [support@consile.dk](mailto:support@consile.dk) if they
  should be deleted too.

If you also want to remove Consile's access at the individual providers, do it in
the systems' own settings, see
[Remove all Consile access](https://docs.consile.ai/en/troubleshooting.md#remove-all-consile-access).

> [!WARNING]
>
> Deletion does not cancel your subscriptions. Cancel them under
> [Subscription](https://docs.consile.ai/en/portal/subscription.md) before you request deletion, so you are
> not charged at a renewal during the 14 days. If you want to undo the deletion
> within the 14 days, contact [support@consile.dk](mailto:support@consile.dk).
> Your connectors must then be connected again, because the access credentials
> have already been deleted. After the grace period, the deletion cannot be
> undone.
