# Cookbooks

> Ready-made recipes for what your AI can do with your Consile MCPs, ready to copy.

*[Læs siden på dansk](https://docs.consile.ai/cookbooks.md)*

**Cookbooks** are short, concrete recipes that show how your AI uses one or more
of your MCPs for a real task. You find them in the
[portal](https://app.consile.ai) under **Cookbooks** in the menu. You can filter
by Marketing, Sales, Finance and Management, and each recipe shows the time it
takes, the level (Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced) and the MCPs it uses.

Each recipe goes step by step: what you type, which tool your AI calls, and what
it answers. Everyone in your organization can see every recipe, including those
that use connectors you have not bought.

> [!NOTE]
>
> The portal is shown in English until you choose Danish, and that also applies
> to the recipes. The titles below are the English ones. See
> [Language and currency](https://docs.consile.ai/en/portal/log-in.md#language-and-currency).

## Recipes

The recipes are grouped by who uses them. The full recipe with prompts and
example answers is in the portal.

### Marketing

> **[A monthly SEO update for management in two minutes](https://app.consile.ai/cookbooks/seo-monthly)**
>
> Compare the last 30 days of organic traffic with the month before, see which
> search terms and pages move the most, and get a short action list for
> management. **Uses:** Google Search Console.

> **[Find the waste in your Meta budget](https://app.consile.ai/cookbooks/meta-waste)**
>
> See the spend on your active campaigns, compare the return (ROAS), and get a
> concrete suggestion for where to move the budget. **Uses:** Meta Ads.

> **Search terms you pay for, but already own organically**
>
> Find the search terms and pages where you already rank well organically in
> Google, and compare them with your spend on Meta, so you can move budget to
> where it does the most good. **Uses:** Google Search Console + Meta Ads.

> **[The B2B audience that actually engages](https://app.consile.ai/cookbooks/linkedin-audience)**
>
> See which industries, job titles and companies engage with your LinkedIn ads,
> find the exact targeting criteria, and estimate the audience size before you
> raise the budget. **Uses:** LinkedIn Ads.

> **[Catch creative fatigue before it costs you](https://app.consile.ai/cookbooks/creative-fatigue)**
>
> Find the ads where frequency is rising and the click rate is falling, so you
> know which ones need new content. **Uses:** Meta Ads.

> **[Create a campaign, safely and on pause](https://app.consile.ai/cookbooks/safe-draft)**
>
> Your AI creates the campaign paused. Budget changes and activation require
> your explicit confirmation, so no money is spent without your yes.
> **Uses:** Meta Ads.

### Sales

> **The day's leads gathered in one place**
>
> Fetch the last 24 hours of leads from your Meta Lead Ads forms, and get a call
> list with the warmest first. **Uses:** Meta Ads. The LinkedIn Ads connector
> cannot fetch submitted LinkedIn leads.

> **[Know the prospect before the meeting](https://app.consile.ai/cookbooks/qualify-prospect)**
>
> Check in a few minutes whether a prospect is already a customer, and whether
> they pay on time, before you go into the meeting. **Uses:** e-conomic.

> **[Wake the dormant customers](https://app.consile.ai/cookbooks/reactivate-dormant)**
>
> Find customers who used to buy but have not had an order in six months or
> more, and get a call list sorted by lost revenue. **Uses:** Uniconta.

> **[Warm prospects from LinkedIn](https://app.consile.ai/cookbooks/engagers-not-customers)**
>
> See which industries and company sizes engage most with your LinkedIn ads,
> and compare them with your customers in e-conomic to find segments where you
> still have few customers. e-conomic does not hold industry and size for the
> customers, so your AI estimates them from customer names and customer groups.
> **Uses:** LinkedIn Ads + e-conomic.

> **[The upsell they already need](https://app.consile.ai/cookbooks/upsell-list)**
>
> Find customers who buy product X but not Y, and get an upsell list with an
> amount per customer. **Uses:** Uniconta.

### Finance

> **[A weekly liquidity check in five minutes](https://app.consile.ai/cookbooks/cash-weekly)**
>
> See what customers owe you and what you owe suppliers, without opening the
> accounts or building a spreadsheet. **Uses:** Uniconta.

> **[Overdue invoices with reminder drafts ready](https://app.consile.ai/cookbooks/overdue-reminders)**
>
> Find the overdue invoices and the customers' contact details, and get a
> friendly reminder draft for each. Your AI writes the draft, and you send it
> yourself. You fetch the invoice PDF in e-conomic. **Uses:** e-conomic.

> **[Result per account for the year](https://app.consile.ai/cookbooks/result-by-account)**
>
> See the year's balance per account with account names, and get a short income
> statement you can pass on. **Uses:** e-conomic.

> **[Prioritise the supplier payments](https://app.consile.ai/cookbooks/creditors-owed)**
>
> See what you owe and to whom, and get a payment order by due date for the
> week's payment run. **Uses:** Uniconta.

> **[VAT preparation before filing](https://app.consile.ai/cookbooks/vat-prep)**
>
> See the balance on the VAT accounts for the period, review the entries behind
> it, and get a checklist of corrections before you file. **Uses:** e-conomic.

> **[Inventory value and slow-moving goods](https://app.consile.ai/cookbooks/inventory-value)**
>
> See how much capital is tied up in inventory, and which goods are not moving.
> **Uses:** Uniconta.

### Management

> **[Monday's management brief on a single page](https://app.consile.ai/cookbooks/monday-brief)**
>
> Organic traffic, ad spend and invoicing gathered in a short draft for a Monday
> email to the management team. **Uses:** Google Search Console + Meta Ads +
> e-conomic.

> **[True marketing ROI per channel](https://app.consile.ai/cookbooks/true-roi)**
>
> Compare the ad spend on Meta and LinkedIn with the revenue you invoiced in the
> same period, and get the customer acquisition cost and return per channel. The
> invoices in e-conomic do not say which channel the customer came from, so that
> split is based on what you tell your AI. **Uses:** Meta Ads + LinkedIn Ads +
> e-conomic.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Every recipe uses connectors you can buy today: Google Search Console, Meta Ads,
> LinkedIn Ads, e-conomic and Uniconta. If a recipe combines several connectors,
> you can run the steps that use the MCPs you have and skip the rest.
>
> Figures, company names and domains in the recipes are examples. When you run a
> recipe yourself, the answers are based on your own data.
>
> Only one recipe changes data: "Create a campaign, safely and on pause" (Meta
> Ads). It runs behind [safety locks](https://docs.consile.ai/en/essentials/actions-and-guardrails.md): the
> campaign is created paused, and budget changes and activation require your
> confirmation. All other recipes only read data.

## How to use a cookbook

**1. Make sure the connectors are bought and connected**

The recipe works when your organization has each connector it uses, and the
connector is connected to your account. You have a connector when you have
bought it on its own, or when it is included in
[the Consile Studio membership](https://docs.consile.ai/en/portal/membership.md) or
[the free edition](https://docs.consile.ai/en/portal/free-edition.md). See
[Marketplace](https://docs.consile.ai/en/portal/marketplace.md) and
[Connect your account](https://docs.consile.ai/en/connect/connect-your-account.md).

**2. Check that you have access**

Whoever buys a connector gets access automatically. A colleague gets access
when an administrator chooses **All tools** next to the connector on the
person's page under [Team](https://docs.consile.ai/en/portal/team.md#give-access-to-a-connector). For
e-conomic and Uniconta the administrator chooses **Read only** or **Full
access**, and every recipe works with both. The first user per connector is
included in the price, and each extra user costs 50% of the connector's
monthly price. With the membership, the colleague gets a membership licence
instead. See [Pricing](https://docs.consile.ai/en/portal/pricing.md).

If you do not have access, your AI can still show the connector's tools, but
they do not work, and the answer asks you to get an administrator to give you
access.

**3. Add the connectors in Claude or ChatGPT**

Each connector is its own MCP with its own address,
`https://mcp.consile.ai/<id>/mcp`. If the recipe uses several connectors, each
of them must be added. See [Connect Claude](https://docs.consile.ai/en/connect/connect-claude.md) or
[Connect ChatGPT](https://docs.consile.ai/en/connect/connect-chatgpt.md).

**4. Copy a prompt**

Click **Copy first prompt** on the recipe, and paste it into your AI. You can
select and copy prompts from the next steps directly from the recipe.

**5. Build on it**

Ask your AI to adapt it to your domain, your account or your period, for
example *"do it for example.com for May"*.
