# Consile Concierge

> The management connector in Claude and ChatGPT: see your MCPs, find new ones, connect accounts, check the subscription and write to support.

*[Læs siden på dansk](https://docs.consile.ai/concierge.md)*

**Consile Concierge** is a special connector you add in Claude or ChatGPT in the
same way as the others, but it has no data tools. It is a small control panel
inside your AI: see which MCPs you have and their addresses, find new ones, get a
link to connect an account, check the subscription and write to support.
Purchases, cancellations and the account connection itself happen through a link
that opens the portal or the provider's login.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Concierge is at the address `https://mcp.consile.ai/mcp`. The individual connectors
> each have their own address (for example `mcp.consile.ai/gsc/mcp`). In the
> portal, Concierge is on the **Consile Concierge** card under **Settings** and
> shown as **Consile MCP** under **Support**. See
> [Account & data](https://docs.consile.ai/en/portal/account-and-data.md).

## What can Concierge do?

| Tool | What you can ask for | What you get back |
| - | - | - |
| `list_my_mcps` | *"Which MCPs do we have, and what are their addresses?"* | Your MCPs with name, own address, whether they are connected, and a ready-made Claude Code command |
| `list_available_connectors` | *"Which connectors can we buy?"* | All connectors Consile offers, whether you already have them, and a purchase link to the portal |
| `subscription_status` | *"Which subscriptions do we have active?"* | The MCPs the organization has, whether they are connected, and a link to **Subscription** |
| `manage_subscription` | *"Give me a link to cancel a subscription."* | A link to **Subscription** in the portal |
| `connect_account` | *"Connect our e-conomic account."* | A personal link that starts the connection. The link expires after 10 minutes |
| `request_connector` | *"We need an MCP for Pipedrive. Can you build it?"* | A receipt that the request has been sent to Consile |
| `contact_support` | *"Send a message to Consile support."* | A receipt that the message has been sent |

`request_connector` and `contact_support` send a message to the Consile team, and
a sent message cannot be withdrawn. The other five only look things up or give a
link. In Claude you decide for each tool whether it may run without asking first.

Concierge never reads or shows your access keys; it only sees whether a connector
is connected. Price, invoices and usage are under
[Subscription](https://docs.consile.ai/en/portal/subscription.md) in the portal, not in Concierge.

Each connector's own address (except CVR) also has the `connect_account` tool,
so Claude can give you a connection link directly from the connector you are
working in.

## Why a separate management connector?

> **Each MCP on its own**
>
> Each connector is its own named connector in Claude, with only its own
> tools. Concierge does not gather everything into one big pile.

> **Everything from Claude**
>
> Find, request, connect and manage your MCPs from Claude. Purchases and
> cancellations are completed through a link to the portal.

## Team and access

Concierge works for every user in the organization and shows all the
organization's MCPs, including those you do not have access to yourself.

* An MCP being on the list does not mean that your user has access to it. An
administrator gives each colleague access to the individual MCPs under
[Team](https://docs.consile.ai/en/portal/team.md) in the portal. For single connectors the first user is
included in the price, and each extra user costs 50% of the connector's monthly
price. If you have the Consile Studio membership, the administrator gives the
membership licence instead (see [Pricing](https://docs.consile.ai/en/portal/pricing.md)). If you have not
been given access, the connector refuses your calls, even though it is on the
  list.
* Purchases and cancellations require an administrator. Anyone can open the
purchase link and the link from `manage_subscription`, but only an
administrator can complete a purchase, cancel or change payment under
**Subscription**. As a member, you are told that only administrators can change
  the subscription.
* Connections apply to the whole organization. Everyone in the organization can
connect a connector the first time with `connect_account`. If it is already
connected, only an administrator can connect it again. The connected account is
the one every colleague's AI fetches data from. If the connection is locked to
one company, the company has to be chosen again after a new connection (see
  [Company lock](https://docs.consile.ai/en/portal/company-lock.md)).
* If your company already subscribes to a connector, do not buy it again. If you
signed up without an invitation, you may end up in a new, empty organization.
Instead, ask your Consile administrator to invite you to the team and give you
  access.

## Good to know

* Everyone with a Consile login can use Concierge, even before you have bought
  anything.
* If you have several agreements on the same connector (for example two e-conomic
agreements), each is shown as its own MCP with its own address, for example
`mcp.consile.ai/economic-2/mcp`. If Consile can read the account's name, it is
shown in the list. An administrator adds another agreement on the connector's
page in the portal, on the **Connections** card, with **Add agreement**. It
costs 50% of the connector's monthly price. Under the Consile Studio
membership, you write to us instead (see
[The Consile Studio membership](https://docs.consile.ai/en/portal/membership.md)). For Shopify, write to
[support@consile.dk](mailto:support@consile.dk) for an extra store. HubSpot
Marketing Email and CVR can have only one agreement.
* `connect_account` works only for connectors the organization has, either bought
on their own or through [the free edition](https://docs.consile.ai/en/portal/free-edition.md) or the
membership. Shopify requires the store domain and is therefore connected in the
portal. CVR does not need to be connected. If the link does not work, for
example because it has expired, ask for a new one or connect the account from
the connector's page in the portal.
* Cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period. The connector works
  until then.
* Concierge cannot fetch data from your connectors. To ask about your figures,
the individual connector's own address must also be added in Claude.
* Calls to Concierge do not count toward your usage, not even toward the free
  edition's 100 calls a month.

## What happens to your messages?

Requests (`request_connector`) and support messages (`contact_support`) are stored
at Consile together with your user and organization, and the Consile team reviews
them. You get no automatic receipt email; the confirmation is the answer in the
chat. We reply by email. Never write passwords or API keys in the message. You can
see who receives data about you under [GDPR](https://docs.consile.ai/en/essentials/gdpr.md).

## How to add it

Add Concierge exactly like any other custom connector, just with the address
`https://mcp.consile.ai/mcp`, and log in with your Consile login. See the full
walkthrough in [Connect Claude](https://docs.consile.ai/en/connect/connect-claude.md) or
[Connect ChatGPT](https://docs.consile.ai/en/connect/connect-chatgpt.md).

If you use Claude Code, the command is under **Settings** on the
**Consile Concierge** card under *For Claude Code:*

```bash theme={null}
claude mcp add --transport http consile https://mcp.consile.ai/mcp
```

> [!TIP]
>
> Once Concierge is added and switched on in the conversation, you can simply
> write, for example, *"show my MCPs"* or *"what can we buy?"*, and Claude picks
> the right tool itself. Purchases happen through the link Claude gives you.
